EUNA MAE’S RETAIL STORE POLICIES
{applies to in-store purchases only; see online return policies below}

- Merchandise may be returned for in-store credit within 21 days of the original purchase date.
- A physical or emailed receipt must be shown.
- Returned merchandise must be unused and must include all tags with original packaging intact.
- Euna Mae’s and its manufacturers make every effort to communicate care and use instructions on our products. If you receive something that is flawed, we will gladly return it if its within the stated number of days. However, we are not responsible for products that become damaged or defective while in your care.
- All SALE items and SEASONAL items and are not eligible for return. Final sales.
-Products ordered online may not be returned in the retail store. Sorry for any inconvenience.
-In the event that a product has become damaged while in your care, we will gladly share the name of the manufacturer so they may directly remedy the issue.

- If you would like to return an item that you received as a gift, your item may be returned for in-store credit within 21 days of the original purchase date. You must have the first and last name of the person who bought it for you in order for Euna Mae’s to look up the transaction value and date. You may also show a gift receipt. While we applaud people who shop well in advance of a gifting occasion, we cannot accept returns past 21 days of the purchase date. If the return is within the 21-day return period, then you will receive store credit in the amount of the original transaction value. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason.

-We offer store credit through January 14, 2017 on gifts purchased between November 1 and December 23, 2016. Store credit only. No returns on seasonal items or items that were bought on sale.

-Seasonal and holiday-themed items are not eligible for return.

-We carefully inspect each product in the store upon checkout, and we expect customers to exercise the same attention upon selecting in-store merchandise. Upon selecting, examining, and purchasing Euna Mae's products, you are communicating agreement that you approve of the quality and condition. Once a product leaves the store, it cannot be returned for chips or damage that may well have occurred after the item left the care of our store.

SHOPEUNAMAES.COM RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CREDIT
-Products ordered online may not be returned in the retail store location. Sorry for any inconvenience.
-All returns are eligible for store credit issued via email.
-Online store credit is redeemable online only, not in-store.
-Items valued at $20 or under cannot be returned.
-All returns must be received within 21 days of the original shipment date.
-Returned merchandise must be unused and must arrive with tags and original packaging intact.
-Returned merchandise that does not comply with our return policies may be refused or charged a restocking fee at the discretion of the Euna Mae's staff.

-Euna Mae’s and its manufacturers make every effort to communicate care and use instructions on our products. -All items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return.
-Seasonal and holiday-themed items are not eligible for return.
-No exchanges permitted. A complete return must be processed and a new order placed.
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
-If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges in addition to the cost of returning the package to Euna Mae’s. The amount will be reflected in the merchandise refund.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
-Packages ship via USPS or FedEx which are both insured up to $100. Purchasing additional insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
-Orders ship within 3-5 days of having been placed.
-If you would like to speed up the delivery time of your order, you may choose a faster carrier service during checkout.
-If there is an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email.

DAMAGE, DEFECTS, AND ERRORS
-We examine every item before shipping, but occasionally a defective item may slip through our fingers. Defective items must be reported to Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the item and a proportionate discount or full refund will be extended. Please include three photos of the defective item with your email. Notification received after the 3-day return period will not be eligible for a full refund. customerservice@eunamaes.com
-We make every effort to package your products with great care to endure the shipping process. However, items that are damaged or lost in transit are not the responsibility of Euna Mae’s. We cannot be held responsible for the way that carriers handle goods in transit.
-In the event that we unintentionally send you the wrong item(s), please email customerservice@eunamaes.com and we will correct our mistake as soon as possible.
